Website Cookies

Mailing Lists

We use a third-party provider, Active Campaign, to deliver our mailing list emails. We maintain your personal information only if you disclose it to us, for example by completing name and email address on a webform, e.g. to subscribe to our newsletter or when downloading a resource. We use a double opt-in email subscription system, to ensure that subscribers wish to hear from us.

Active Campaign gathers information on IP address. It also compiles statistics on email open rates and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email. For more information, please see Active Campaigns privacy notice.

You can unsubscribe to any of our emails at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

What we do with the information we gather

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

We use this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our website, products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, news, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
